This baked brie is decadent but so easy with the use of Legit Bread Pizza Crust-Pretzel Mix. It tastes like a sugar coated pretzel stuffed with cheese, and it is nothing short of amazing. Serve this for an appetizer or dessert. Either way, you can't go wrong!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Prepare the Legit Pizza Crust - Pretzel Mix according to package instructions. You will only need about half the batch for this baked brie, and can use the remainder to make a second one, or a pizza.
  2. Preheat the oven to 415 degrees.
  3. Dust a sheet of parchment paper with tapioca starch, and place the dough on the parchment paper. Press the dough out approximately 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Cut the rind off of the brie, and place in the center of the dough.
  5. Sprinkle the brie with 1/4 cup of the maple sugar, reserving the remainder for the top of the brie.
  6. Fold the dough around the brie, gently stretching it to cover the brie.
  7. Top the dough with the chopped pecans, and then sprinkle the remainder of the maple sugar over the top of the pecans.
  8. Bake the brie for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven and serve.
