Antiinflammatory Tea Cubes
If you're looking for support with inflammation, immunity, digestion, healing - look no further. These antiinflammatory tea cubes are such an amazing and holistic way to manage your health. I prepped these using my juicer (that is super easy to use and clean, by the way) to keep in the freezer for postpartum days and healing, but plan to share with my husband to support his immune system throughout the season too. I recommend prepping a batch soon and you can use them as soon as possible for prevention! The silicone freezer molds I use are the perfect size for these!
