Paleo Brownie Skillet
You only need 6 ingredients to make this rich, fudgy Paleo Brownie Skillet. It’s perfectly gooey in the center and crisp on the edges.
Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp6 Tbsp6 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, melted
- 222 Eggs
- 2/3 cup2/3 cup2/3 cup Coconut Sugar
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Arrowroot Flour
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a large bowl, mix oil, chocolate, sugar, and eggs.
- Add arrowroot powder and cocoa powder.
- Carefully pour and spread in 8” skillet.
- Bake at 350℉ for 25 minutes.
- Take out of the oven, top with a handful of chocolate chips and let cool completely before enjoying!
