This Strawberry Apple Avocado Broccoli Salad with Creamy Poppyseed Dressing was the hottest recipe I shared when I did my Whole30 Recipes takeover and everyone that makes it says they have made it over and over and over. Its that good! The best part is you can make it a day ahead of time and have it ready to bring to your backyard barbecue or when going to someone's home. It makes a nice sized bowlful too.

I made this when you first posted it on IG. Absolutely out of this world! It was on rotation all summer. My neighbors kept raving about it. Budget friendly and makes a lot. The seasonal colors and flavors are just as beautiful as it tastes.
