Turkey Bacon Tacos
Ingredients

- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Turkey, (or any ground meat or plant-based alternative)
- Bacon, cooked
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Onion, diced (see notes)
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Bell Pepper, diced (see notes)
- Jalapeño, optional
- Salt, to taste/health needs

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a skillet, sear ground turkey to golden brown over medium high-heat.
- Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer, cover, lower the heat to low & cook for 25 minutes, or until protein is fully cooked.
- Serve in tortillas with toppings of choice.
