Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. Combine almond flour, protein powder, cashew butter, maple syrup and chocolate chips.
  3. Shape into small disks.
  4. Melt your chocolate chips and add a small amount to the bottom of a lined muffin tin.
  5. Add a cookie dough disk on top followed by more melted chocolate.
  6. Chill until firm.

Top with your favorite granola for added crunch!
