LOVE coming up with new combos for a delicious poke bowl. 🐟🌺✨ this hawaiian bbq variation is loaded with fresh, colorful ingredients + BIG flavor. sweet. smoky. spicy. salty. crunchy. fresh. & packed with protein, fiber, healthy fats, omega-3s, & tons of colorful nutrients. poke bowls are one of my favorite easy ways to get a nutrient-dense meal on the table while still making it feel FUN. 🌺🤌

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. combines tuna + marinade; marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. follow instructions for making seared ahi tuna with bbq seasoning & furikake seasoning.
  3. allow tuna to rest, then dice.
  4. to assemble poke bowls, first start with a base of greens or cauliflower rice.
  5. add on diced ahi tuna + any toppings you like (I listed all my hawaiian bbq inspired poke toppings).
  6. combine all ingredients for my greek yogurt “spicy mayo” sauce, then drizzle on top & enjoy!
