this salted caramel praline pecan ice cream brings all the cozy fall flavors into a creamy, protein-packed scoop. an easy praline pecan recipe + swirls of protein salted caramel, all folded into a simple vanilla cottage cheese ice cream.

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Organic Maple Extract, or caramel extract

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Vanilla Collagen Peptides Powder - Further Food

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
protein salted caramel
- in a sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter & brown.
- stir in remaining âprotein caramelâ ingredients & mix until everything is dissolved.
- allow to cool & thicken.
praline pecans
- to a skillet, add butter & melt over low heat.
- add remaining ingredients; stir every couple minutes.
- continue to cook pecans until they start to caramelize (watch closely so it doesnât burn).
- transfer to a sheet pan & evenly spread out.
- allow to cool completely, then chop up.
ice-cream
- follow my instructions for making cottage cheese ice-cream, using vanilla &/or salted caramel protein powder.
- swirl in protein salted caramel + chopped praline pecans.
- freeze for at least 4 hours, then scoop & enjoy!
- *optional ice-cream cup: microwave a BTR superfood crispy treat for 15 seconds â press it into a muffin tin using a small cup or shot glass â add a scoop of your ice-cream on top.
