- microwave crispy treat + BTR bar for 15-20 seconds.
- crumble up both bars, then place in a 4” spring form pan.
- using a shot glass or small container, press in the center to make a “pie crust”.
- follow my directions for making cottage cheese ice-cream & make a strawberry flavor, vanilla flavor, & chocolate flavor using that protein powder flavor in each recipe; REFRIGERATE while waiting on next layer.
- first, add a layer of strawberry, then freeze for 1 hour.
- add a layer of vanilla & freeze another hour.
- finally, add a layer of chocolate, then freeze while making ganache.
- melt chocolate chips, then mix in chocolate collagen peptides, & water until reaches a nice fudgy consistency.
- add a layer of ganache on top of chocolate ice-cream layer, then add on rainbow sprinkles.
- freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- pop your “ice-cream pie” out of the springform pan & cut into wedges; enjoy!
