protein brownie bites
- preheat oven to 350.
- follow my instructions for making protein brownie bites.
- using a medium cookie scoop, add a scoop of protein brownie batter to a mini silicon muffin tin.
- bake for ~28-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- press down the center of each brownie bite to create a divot for the mixed berry compote.
filling your bites
- fill each brownie divot with mixed berry compote + a chocolate chip in the center.
- add a scoop of cottage cheese ice-cream (flavor of choice) + optional sprinkles on top & enjoy!
