- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Classic Monkfruit Sweetener with Allulose (White Sugar Replacement) - Lakanto

- 15 oz15 oz15 oz Black Beans

for serving
- Cotija Cheese, or queso fresco

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- in a large skillet, sauté any frozen veggies you like following my instructions for sautéed frozen vegetables.
- remove from skillet, then brown meat.
- once meat is cooked, add diced tomatoes + green chiles, vinegar & seasonings to make “chorizo” meat, sautéed veggies, & black beans.
- let mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- top with cheese + any garnishes you like.
