Turmeric Chicken & Cashews

Ingredients
- 1.5 lb1.5 lb1.5 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh
- 3 whole3 whole3 whole Bell Pepper, seeded & cut in chunks
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz White Mushrooms, cut in 1/4 if large
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Onion, large, cut in chunks
- 10 fl oz10 fl oz10 fl oz Almond Butter Turmeric Dressing (Noble Made)
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Roasted and Salted Cashews
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Smoked Paprika

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Place chicken in bowl and pour 1/2 a bottle of dressing over it and marinate for several hours or overnight
- Preheat oven to 375˚ and line a rimmed pan with parchment paper
- Place all the veggies in a bowl & toss with remaining dressing, garlic powder & pepper
- Place veggies on pan
- Lay chicken pieces on top of veggies
- Sprinkle with paprika
- Roast 50 minutes
- Add cashews to pan & roast 10 minutes more
