Would you believe this Tuscan Shrimp literally takes less than 30 minutes start to finish? Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Melt ghee in a large sauté pan
  2. Add garlic, sauté 1 minute
  3. Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes each side, move to a bowl
  4. Add oil and onion and sauté till translucent
  5. Add sun dried tomatoes, stirring 2 minutes
  6. Reduce heat to medium low
  7. Add coconut cream and bring to a slow boil, stirring occasionally
  8. Season with salt and pepper
  9. Add arrowroot mixture if needed to thicken sauce
  10. Add spinach and yeast stirring till spinach wilts
  11. Add shrimp and herbs to pan and stir well
