These Buffalo Chicken Burger Bowls are going to wow the family and become your new favorite weeknight meal! Spicy ground chicken over crispy lettuce with all the traditional Buffalo sides as toppings all in one bowl! Drizzle it with your favorite ranch dressing or make my Creamy Dill Dressing. Either way this 30 minute meal cannot be beat!

Process

  1. Heat oil in skillet
  2. Add onion and saute till translucent
  3. Add ground chicken, breaking apart and cooking till no longer pink
  4. Add buffalo sauce, yeast and salt, stirring to combine
  5. Simmer 5 minutes
  6. Meanwhile assemble 4 salads, diving ingredients evenly
  7. Spoon buffalo meat mixture on top
  8. Drizzle with dressing
  9. Enjoy!
