these baked spring rolls fuse tex mex & asian-inspired flavors! not a typical combo, but man oh man are they tasty! plus, extra bonus is the nutrient-dense ancestral organ blend meat sticks from lineage provisions (but you could always swap your protein of choice here!)
crispy, savory, spicy, creamy, & packed with protein + crunch in every bite!
Ingredients
spring rolls
- Rice Paper Wrappers
- Radish
- sautΓ©ed frozen vegetables (click for recipe), i used a stir-fry blend
- Grass-Fed Beef and Organ Meat Sticks - Lineage Provisions, I used the spicy southwest flavor

- Cilantro
to coat in
creamy asian chipotle sauce
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Almond Butter

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Hot Sauce, i used a chipotle flavor
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Barrel Aged Tamari Soy Sauce - Jozo, or coconut aminos

- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Classic Monkfruit Sweetener with Allulose (White Sugar Replacement) - Lakanto

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Chipotle Garlic Barbecue Blend - The Spice House
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Gochugaru (Korean Chili Pepper Flakes)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- first, gather all ingredients (cook shrimp, chop veggies, prepare noodles, etc.) & set up a large cutting board or work surface.
- fill a shallow bowl or pie plate with cool water.
- submerge a single sheet of rice paper into the water for 3-5 seconds.
- transfer rice paper to your cutting board, then layer shrimp & any fillings of choice in the center.
- fold the bottom edge over the filling, fold in the sides, then tightly roll to create a spring roll.
- repeat with remaining rice paper wrappers & fillings.
- to a plate, add furikake, sesame seeds, & gochugaru.
- roll each rice paper in mixture, then place on a baking sheet.
- bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- to make creamy chipotle asian sauce, add all ingredients to a bowl & mix well.
- dip spring rolls in sauce & enjoy!
