Jalapeño Pulled Pork
This Jalapeño Pulled Pork made in the instapot so perfect for those hot days when you don’t want to turn the oven on. This pork is bursting with flavor and can be enjoyed all week long as sliders, tacos, on a salad or stuffed in a sweet potato.
Ingredients
- 3 - 4 lb3 - 4 lb3 - 4 lb Boneless Pork Butt, cut in 4 pieces
- 111 Onion, large, chopped
- 10 oz10 oz10 oz Saucy Lips Jalapeño Green Apple Sauce
- 6 oz6 oz6 oz Chicken Bone Broth
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Ground Cumin
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp dried Cilantro
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix spice in a small bowl
- Rub spice all over pork pieces
- Pour jar of sauce and broth into instapot
- Place onions in pot
- Lay pork pieces in a single layer if possible
- Set instapot to high and cook one hour
- Natural release for 25-30 minutes
- Remove pork pieces and shred
- Add back to pot and mix with juice
- Enjoy!
Notes
If you like your pulled pork crispy you can move to a sheet pan and roast in a preheated 400 degrees for 10 minutes or till desired crispness is achieved
