okay i love a good poke bowl… & i love fusing flavors. 🌮🍣✨
mole is such a unique, rich, & complex flavor, so i had to bring it into a poke bowl situation. the sweet, spicy, savory, & fresh flavors all come together in the most unexpected (but delicious) way.
packed with protein, omega-3s, fiber, healthy fats, & tons of bold flavor in every bowl!

- Arugula, or greens of choice
- cilantro-lime cauliflower rice (click for recipe)
- seared ahi tuna (click for recipe)
- Gourmet Mole Poblano Sauce - Mayanshul, for coating tuna
- Furikake, for coating tuna

- combines tuna + marinade; marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- follow instructions for making seared ahi tuna with mole & furikake seasoning.
- allow tuna to rest, then dice.
- to assemble poke bowls, first start with a base of greens or cauliflower rice.
- add on diced mole ahi tuna + any toppings you like (I listed all my mexican inspired poke toppings).
- finish with a drizzle of botana sauce & enjoy.
