okay i love a good poke bowl… & i love fusing flavors. 🌮🍣✨ mole is such a unique, rich, & complex flavor, so i had to bring it into a poke bowl situation. the sweet, spicy, savory, & fresh flavors all come together in the most unexpected (but delicious) way. packed with protein, omega-3s, fiber, healthy fats, & tons of bold flavor in every bowl!
