Paleo Chai Latte Blondies

Ingredients
- 1.25 cups1.25 cups1.25 cups Almond Flour
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Baking Soda
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Cardamom Seed
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Nutmeg
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp ground Ginger
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp ground Cloves
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp freshly ground Coffee, and finely ground
- 111 Egg
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Almond Butter, or any nut butter
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Coconut Oil, room temperature
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Coconut Sugar
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Coconut Cream
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
Blondies
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a medium size bowl, mix together all wet ingredients, including coconut sugar, until smooth.
- In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients, including spices and coffee grinds.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Line an 8x8 brownie dish with parchment paper (or grease the dish with coconut oil if you don't have parchment paper).
- Pour batter into dish and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let it cool for am hour uncovered before you add the glaze.
Vanilla Coconut Milk Glaze
- Combine coconut cream and maple syrup in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Let it boil for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla.
- Let it cool completely and put on top of Blondies once they are cool.
