chocolate churro crunch brownie bites
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Prime Protein, Chocolate Churro - Equip Foods, use for protein powder in brownie recipe

churro crunch topping
- 10 oz10 oz10 oz Traditional Tortilla Chips - Masa, the churro flavor

- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Prime Protein, Chocolate Churro - Equip Foods

- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto

- 1.5-2 Tbsp1.5-2 Tbsp1.5-2 Tbsp Cinnamon, Ground

- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Sea Salt

- 6-8 Tbsp6-8 Tbsp6-8 Tbsp mixed nut butter (click for recipe), any drizzly nut butter will work
- 2-4 Tbsp2-4 Tbsp2-4 Tbsp Water, as needed

- cottage cheese ice-cream (click for recipe)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
protein brownie bites
- preheat oven to 350.
- follow my instructions for making protein brownie bites.
- using a medium cookie scoop, add a scoop of protein brownie batter to a mini silicon muffin tin.
- bake for ~28-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
churro crunch topping
- to a food processor, add churro chips, churro protein powder, monk fruit, cinnamon, & sea salt; blitz a few times into a crumble.
- transfer chip crumble to a bowl, then mix with nut butter & a little water.
- add a scoop of churro crunch topping on top of each brownie, then bake for another 5-6 minutes.
- allow brownies to completely cool.
topping your brownie bites
- make a batch of my cottage cheese ice-cream, using the chocolate churro protein powder.
- add a scoop of cottage cheese ice-cream on top & enjoy!
