S’mores Chocolate Bar

Ingredients
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Fat-Free Ultra Filtered Milk - Fairlife
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Gelatin, Unflavored

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Milk Chocolate Chips (No Sugar Added) - Lakanto

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Melt chocolate chips.
- Cover bottom of large chocolate mold with melted chocolate. Chill in fridge.
- Add milk and gelatin to a small pot.
- Allow to "bloom" for 5 minutes.
- Heat pot over medium heat.
- Stir constantly until milk is liquid and foamy.
- Pour milk into stand mixture. Let cool 5 minutes.
- Add protein powder and beat on high until light and fluffy.
- Pour marshmallow into chocolate mold.
- Top marshmallow with graham crackers, breaking crackers as needed to fit.
- Top with remaining melted chocolate.
- Freeze chocolate bar for 20 minutes, then slice into squares.
Notes
This chocolate bar can be kept in the fridge, however the chocolate will stick to the marshmallow better if left in the freezer.
